Summation Tutorial: Printing Blank Lines between Database Records
Overview:
You can now print blank lines between records when printing document database summaries. Your reports will be cleaner and easier to read. Use the new Print Format dialog to access all report printing options.
How to Print Blank Lines between Database Records
When you have produced the desired record set, click on the Column tab to make it active.
From the File menu, select Print Format. The Print Format dialog appears.
Click on the Columnar tab to make it active.
In the Record Spacing section, enter the number of blank lines you would like between records.
Click on OK. You are now ready to print your report.
