Marking Notes

  Overview:

You can mark transcript annotations. The resulting set of marked or unmarked notes can be printed or written to file. When you mark a note, the body of the note turns yellow.

How to Mark A Note:

  1. Run a note search using the Quick Search or Find Note tool.

  2. Open a note you want to mark.

  3. Press (CTR L+ M).

  4. The body of the note turns yellow to indicate that the note is marked.

  5. You can now print or write to file the marked or unmarked notes.
