This features provides a summary of all the issues contained within the notes in your current case. This can serve as a helpful synopsis of your activity with the case. You can use this feature while viewing any transcript in the case, or from the Case Folder - Main Window.
To List All Issues in the Notes in the Case
Do one of the following:
- From the Case Folder - Main Window, pull down the Search menu, select the Transcript Annotations cascading menu, and select List Note Issues.
- From within a transcript, use the Notes menu to select List Note Issues.
- Press (ALT + I ) The Search Results Window appears, with each of your issues in the case contained within its own folder in the Search Results Outline.
- The Context Area displays the entire note, as always in the Quick Search. All standard functionality of the Search Results Window is available: you can zoom directly into a transcript where a note is attached, expand and collapse the hit listing and print your report.
